Pelorus is probably the most spectacular yacht ever
built. She has the most sophisticated exterior look,
that gives its cutting edge characteristics. Pelorus
has bulletproof glass, a missile detection system,
two helicopters, and a submarine. She has
an owner’s suite with 180-degree panoramic views
that opens to a private deck.
The
Pelorus yacht is the work
of two internationally known designers: Tim Heywood,
who drew the superstructure and working areas, and
Terence Disdale, who created an interior that revels
in the informal atmosphere of a beachside villa.
The quality of the engineering is stunning. The
control of all propulsion units is united in a
‘Lipstick’ that allows a single joystick to
precisely manoeuver the Pelorus yacht.
The boat in the
movie Superman Returns was patterned after Pelorus.

This primarily wood Pelorus yacht model is 36" long x
6.5" wide x 11" tall
(not including base dimensions.) Model comes with a small base
about half the size of the model. The large base as in the
photos is 43" x 11.5" and $300 extra
(any colors.) Shipping and insurance in the
contiguous USA included. Other
countries: $400 flat rate.

pristine condition. It displays beautifully. The
helicopter blade was damaged, but that’s OK as I
hadn’t planned on positioning it on the yacht. It
would be easy to repair. Please tell me the scale of
